Undergraduate Internship

Our therapy practice offers an exciting undergraduate internship opportunity, welcoming one marketing intern and one psychology intern per semester, including the summer term. Psychology interns delve into various facets of the field, conducting research on cutting-edge topics, specialized areas, and therapeutic techniques applicable in our setting. They actively contribute to our blog, fostering innovation, and are encouraged to explore diverse career paths within the industry. Meanwhile, marketing interns play a pivotal role in managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. With provided content, they focus on crafting visually appealing and engaging posts to expand our outreach. Both interns are expected to be proactive self-starters capable of working independently, taking direction effectively, and communicating efficiently to enhance their own learning experience and contribute to the agency's goals.

Graduate Internship

Our therapy practice offers an enriching graduate internship program where students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with clients while specializing in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). Under the guidance of a team of highly-trained clinicians, interns receive both individual and group supervision in a supportive and productive environment. Bi-monthly case consultations and supervision sessions are supplemented by a monthly book club, promoting a lifelong commitment to learning. Our team fosters a culture of accountability, striving to uphold the highest ethical standards for the well-being of our clients. Outside of the responsibilities we uphold, the atmosphere is filled with camaraderie, laughter, and compassion. We are dedicated to serving populations who may otherwise lack access to our specialized services and view it as a privilege to mentor and support our graduate interns in their journey to becoming skilled counselors.
