Psyched OCD Group
Rituals, Regret, Repeat
a foundational group about OCD & ERP

Hosted by
Becca Cox, BS
Graduate Intern
A 6-week structured group for people with OCD who want to better understand what is happening, why OCD gets so sticky, and how Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) can help. We’ll talk honestly about the difficulty of doing ERP—not just what you’re “supposed” to do.
Group Goals
Spotting Patterns
Learn how OCD cycles through obsessions, compulsions, avoidance, and reassurance—and how short-term relief can reinforce OCD over time.
Forging a New Path
Explore ERP, respond differently to uncertainty and OCD-related experiences, and approach treatment with flexibility rather than perfectionism.
Finding Community
Join psychoeducation, structured discussion, questions, and shared reflection with others who understand OCD and the challenges of treatment.
Fear is perhaps the strongest motivator. While your OCD and Anxiety are fueled by fear, it can feel impossible to know how to make space for the rest of you in that experience. Taking back control is about learning the cycle that feeds your OCD, how ERP breaks its grip on you, and in how to journey back to who you are, free from the fear of who it says you are.
